What we store

Your account email, hashed password credentials, research records, evidence, support messages you send, and minimal product events needed to operate and improve the service.

How it is used

To provide your workspace, protect access, support you and understand product use. We do not sell research or publish it as social content. Analytics exclude strategy text, evidence payloads and authentication secrets.

Email and payment

When configured, the email provider handles password-reset delivery and the hosted payment provider handles checkout. Fieldnote does not handle your card details.
